Absolutely NO shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust, pen, marker, crayon, paint or sharp objects allowed on/in the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.

NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED

  • No Gymnastics or Rough Play
  • Jumpers must navigate Bounce House on their own
  • Do Not jump or hang onto netting or corner walls
  • No Hanging or Sitting On Outside Of Units
  • No Poolside Setups Allowed
  • Do Not Exceed Maximum Occupants Allowed
  • For combo units Do Not slide head first, on your bottom only feet first
  • Slide One at a Time

If the Bounce House is up and it begins to rain, have everyone exit that unit safely, unplug the unit and place the blower somewhere out of the rain, once the rain passes the unit is safe to use again. Contact us at 661-585-3833 with any questions or concerns.

Bounce houses may not be used in windy conditions over 15 mph to ensure the safety of all participants jumping.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Yes, we require a deposit in order to book, all remaining balance is due at time of delivery. 

 If you need to cancel your rental please notify us within 48hrs to receive your total deposit back. Failure to notify cancellation within 48hrs forfeits entire deposit. Any rescheduled rental is subject to availability at the time of notification of postponement.

Deposit are $25 which will go to your total amount. 

Lancaster, CA delivery fee is $25

Acton, Agua Dulce, Quartz Hills, Little Rock  delivery fee is $40

*Cancellations due to inclement weather will not be charged a fee.

We kindly request a minimum booking amount of $50. For orders below $50, there will be a $25 service charge.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass or cement with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination, please ensure that the ground is clear of any debris as rocks, animal feces, toys, weeds, etc. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces are anchored with sandbags.

Access to an outlet is required for all events as we do not offer generators.
